Q: How can i download Vcare APP?

A: Search "Vcare" from Google play or APP store to download it with free of charge.

Q: Vcare panel and the APP can't be configured/paired, how should i do?

A: Please confirm whether the mobile phone connect WiFi or not. Is WiFi password correct?

Q: Several family members need to use the APP at the same time, how should i do?

A: This system has the function of family members, can support 1 master and 99 ordinary users (PS:ordinary users without quantity limited). 

Master has all functions, such as setting, receiving alarm information, control arm/disarm etc. Ordinary users can receive the alarm information, arm/disarm, without setting.

Q: How to add more sensors?

A: You can buy additional accessories, and add the accessories by scanning QR code, simple and convenient.

Q: Vcare can not send SMS and make any phone call, how should i do?

A: Check whether the SIM card installed correctly. Confirm the mobile phone and the alarm panel are in the same network. If not, please change

the SIM card.

Q: How do i know if the batteries of detectors run out?

A: Vcare sensors have low battery detection and online inspection function, it will push alert information to your APP about the battery voltage is 

insufficient or online status immediately.

Q: Once PIR motion sensors are installed, how to reduce the possible false alarm?

A: Please do not install the PIR motion sensors in the vents, avoid direct sunlight, and the height of the installation at about 2 meters.

Q: Vcare doesn’t work normally, how to do?

A: Please contact the technician to reset it to factory default.

Q: How long can Vcare panel work with backup battery ?

A: Standby for 8 hours.

Q: What’s the transmitting distance between alarm panel to sensors/accessories?

A: Normally it’s more than 100 meters with no barriers,and 30 -50 meters indoor with barriers. Also you could use signal repeater to expand the 

signal between panel and sensors/accessories to 300~350 meters.

Q: How long is the battery lifespan of door/window sensor? 

A: The lifespan of the battery depends on the frequency of opening and closing the door/window, the normal battery's service life is about 6-12 months.

Q: Does Vcare support 5.0GHz Router?

A: Vcare supports WiFi IEEE 802.11b/g/n, 2.4GHz, but it doesn’t support 5.0GHz.

Q: Can Patrol Hawk’s alarm system support Contact ID?

A: Patrol Hawk has itself Alarm Monitoring System, the present version alarm system is not able to work with Contact ID. (More details please

Q: How many alarm systems can i monitor in the same mobile phone Apps?

A:In theory, an App (Android app & iOS app) can support no limited alarm systems. That means you could monitor multiple alarm systems at 

the same time.
